Strengthening a Digital Foundation
Accessway Support was looking to improve the effectiveness and clarity of their existing digital platforms. As an NDIS provider, it was essential that their website felt trustworthy, accessible, and easy to navigate — both for participants and for internal staff.
Rather than starting from scratch, the focus of this project was refinement. I conducted a detailed website audit to identify areas where usability, clarity, and structure could be improved. From this audit, I implemented a series of targeted changes to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring information was easier to find and the site felt more aligned with the organisation’s purpose.
Alongside the website improvements, I designed a custom HR SharePoint interface to support Accessway Support’s internal operations. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive environment that made it easier for staff to access resources, policies, and key information, while maintaining a consistent and professional look and feel.
Both pieces of work were guided by the same principles: clarity, accessibility, and trust. Design decisions were made with both external users and internal teams in mind, ensuring each platform served its purpose effectively without unnecessary complexity.
The result was a more cohesive digital experience across both public and internal platforms. Accessway Support now has a clearer, more user-friendly website and a streamlined HR SharePoint design that better supports their team in day-to-day operations.
